IKEA is seeking an energetic Part-time Retail Associate in Schaumburg, IL to assist customers, advise on home furnishing solutions, and keep the sales floor inviting and organized. You will guide shoppers to top products and assemble displays for new releases, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, and are available for a Friday-Sunday-Monday schedule with 12–19 hours per week.

Qualifications

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, 18+

HOURS – From 12 to 19 hours per week (HL1) // Limited Benefits

SHIFTS– Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. Work schedules are published one month in advance.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 17.58 USD to 20.22 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
