Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, help them explore our baby essentials, and assist with their shopping journey from in-store to online.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
