Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean store environment. You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Onsite position with weekly pay options and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a people-first mentality and deliver a great guest experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level; perform basic math.
• Understand basic computer and POS operations to process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws/regulations on selling government-regulated products/services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet performance standards.
• Follow rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
