FirstCash in Anchorage is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role combines customer service, sales, and financial transactions, with a base hourly wage plus commission.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, keep the floor organized, and operate POS systems while enjoying a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and earned wage access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and keep the sales floor organized.
• Process sales and loans and handle cash per policy.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution.
• Operate POS systems and support store operations.
