FirstCash is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Reno to provide friendly, customer-focused service across merchandise, loans, and pawn operations. Earn $14–$17 per hour plus commission and enjoy perks like earned wage access and employee discounts.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, process transactions, maintain displays, manage cash, and participate in training and store tasks. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and processing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
