Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms for pawn/short-term loans and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately according to guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Assist with basic opening/closing tasks and store ops.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
