Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer team. You will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide them through the buying process.

You'll participate in ongoing paid training, have opportunities for advancement, and earn strong base pay plus uncapped commissions. A dynamic, energetic store environment supports teamwork and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US.
