Job summary

Venchi is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Tysons Corner location. You will welcome customers, serve gelato and coffee, and sell our premium chocolates in a fast-paced boutique.

Responsibilities include handling the cash register, restocking, assisting with visual merchandising, and providing an exceptional in-store experience to every guest. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

Your role:

As aRetail Sales Associate,your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers. It's therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working on your feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, etc.

A key expectation of our team members is to continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!
