Job summary

Household Furniture, El Paso's oldest family-owned furniture store, is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our team. We provide paid training to set you up for success and celebrate a long tradition of serving our community since 1945.

As a Sales Associate, you will welcome customers, explain product features and financing options, and guide purchases to ensure satisfaction while keeping the showroom inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail, sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the perfect furniture, mattresses, and accessories
• Share product features, benefits, and financing options
• Guide customers through purchases and follow up to ensure satisfaction
