Job summary

United States Naval Academy, Brigade Services Division, is seeking a Sales Associate to support retail operations across Barbershop, Laundry, Tailor Shop and related outlets at Annapolis, MD. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and help manage merchandise across multiple stores for the Brigade of Midshipmen.

The role requires basic work experience or education, basic POS skills, and a team-oriented mindset to support NABSD operations and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of general work experience or 2 years of education beyond high school.
• Front-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash securely.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and achieve daily sales goals.
• Operate POS terminals, process sales and returns, and secure funds.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist with inventory.
• Assist in fitting and processing items for midshipmen across stores.
• Provide on-the-job training to new sales clerks as needed.
