Job summary

Batteries Plus Store Associates assist customers with product selection, provide knowledgeable service, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will help with battery testing, installations, stocking, and transactions while upholding safety standards and PPE requirements. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, with strong communication and teamwork valued by our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
