WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
  • Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
  • Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
  • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
  • Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
  • Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
  • Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
  • Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

JOB DETAILS

  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 12-19 hours per week / Limited Benefits Eligible
  • Shifts: Fully open work schedule including evenings and weekends; schedules published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $21.73-28.41/hour. The anticipated closing date is around 5/17/25.
