Job summary

Batteries Plus Columbus is seeking a Store Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right solutions, provide product knowledge, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assess needs, process sales, assist with basic technical services like battery testing, stock shelves, and uphold safety standards.

A high school diploma and customer-service experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk regularly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
