Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to help customers, operate the register, and keep the store organized. This part-time role requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Training is provided and you will join a mission-driven team. Paid hourly wage starts at $13.50, with opportunities to build retail and customer service skills while supporting community

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do

• Help open, close, and balance the register as assigned
