Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate (18 hours per week) to deliver friendly service, operate the register, restock and keep displays neat. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled are required.

You'll help customers, process transactions, balance the register, and support daily sales goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
