The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate for 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $13.50 per hour.

You will greet customers, operate the register, restock merchandise, and keep displays neat while working with the team to meet daily sales goals. Paid training is provided; a high school diploma is preferred.

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
