Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Oak Park, IL. This role offers $17.05–$19.65 per hour plus unlimited commission and the chance to help customers with sales, pawn services, and product inquiries.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
