Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries at our store.

You will process sales and loan activity, explain terms, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience. Requirements include 18+ with HS diploma, ability to stand, flexible schedule including weekends, and willingness to work with a variety of merchandise; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

$10.00 – $13.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
