Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales and pawns, and maintain organized displays in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll earn hourly pay plus commission and enjoy benefits like employee discounts, wage access after day 2, and 401(k) enrollment after six months, with a schedule mostly 9AM–6PM and Sundays off at many locations.

Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

$13.45 – $15.95 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
