Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Yuma, AZ, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly customer service, process sales, and support loan services in a fast-paced pawn shop environment.

You will greet customers, answer product questions, assist with pawn and short-term loan transactions, maintain a clean sales floor, and follow all company policies and state regulations. Competitive pay with commission and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.

Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

$15.25 - $18.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We're looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.
