The Retail Sales Associate is an important ambassador of the Burlington brand, working at the front lines in our mission to provide world‑class service to customers. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
