Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, standing at the front lines in our mission to provide world‑class service to our customers. You'll greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to any of: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bag customer merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
