About the Role

Retail Sales Associates are the front‑line ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world‑class service to customers. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with daily store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Benefits & Compensation

Base Pay: $13.50 per hour. You will enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive wage. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, including dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Associates also receive an associate discount.
