Big 5 Sporting Goods in Victorville, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers and maintain a well-organized sales floor. You will assist shoppers, answer questions, and help with stockroom duties to keep shelves stocked and inviting.

Ideal candidates provide friendly service, can work in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with basic math and product knowledge. Flexible scheduling and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.
• Upon accepting a position offered, candidate will be subject to E-Verify.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Role Overview
