Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation in Sacramento is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers, answer questions, and maintain an organized sales floor.

You will assist customers throughout the store, handle phone inquiries, recommend products, and support stockroom operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and employee discounts.

Candidates should be 18+, possess good communication, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with basic math and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.
• Upon accepting a position offered, candidate will be subject to E-Verify.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Role Overview
