Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat, people‑person with great organizational skills to join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the first line of the Burlington brand, greeting customers, maintaining a neat, organized sales floor, and supporting management with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Ring up sales at registers and bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time‑to‑time
