Tasks and Responsibilities

• Utilize basic computer skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting client needs professionally
• Build good relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Recommend products and services appropriately
• Maintain minimum sales requirements
• Multi-task by cleaning beds after clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival
• Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while following all policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend at the waist to clean equipment
• Lift or assist in lifting heavy items
• Bend to pick up trash, towels, etc.
• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
