Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures in line with AutoZone's standards.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete store tasks promptly during assigned shifts
3. Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
5. Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Assist customers using ZNET and AutoZone information sources
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Practice GOTTChA and assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnose automobile issues and suggest solutions
13. Communicate with managers about customer and employee concerns
14. Develop customer service skills continually
15. Provide honest advice on suitable products
