Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures in line with AutoZone standards.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks timely
3. Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe environment including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock merchandise in designated areas
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Assist with installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read codes from vehicles
12. Diagnose automobile problems and suggest solutions
13. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
14. Engage in developing customer service skills
15. Offer honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
