Agri Supply in Lumberton, NC is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, determine merchandise needs, assist with selecting agricultural and tillage parts, and help load purchases. The role requires good communication, basic math, and reliability.
You will maintain neat shelves, process sales tickets, manage inventory, assist with stocking, and support other store staff.

Retail Sales Associate (Part Time)
During the job, employees are regularly required tostand, sit, and/or walkfor extended periods, usetheir hands tohandle or control objects, andperform tasks that involve reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching. The role involves frequentlylifting or movingup to 25 pounds, with occasional requirements to handle more with assistance or equipment. Employees must also be able topush and pullusing various equipment. Specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, are necessary.Verbal communicationand the ability to hear are also required for safety and coordination.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals.
