Agri Supply in Garner, NC is seeking a yard associate to greet customers, load merchandise, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and help keep the yard and shop clean. The role requires bending, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and working in all weather conditions.
You will follow safety guidelines and assist with inventory and order fulfillment to ensure a positive customer experience. High school diploma or GED preferred; experience with hand tools, blueprints a plus.

During the job, employees are regularly required to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods, use their hands to handle or control objects, and perform tasks that involve reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching. The role involves frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional requirements to handle more with assistance or equipment. Employees must also be able to push and pull using various equipment. Specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, are necessary. Verbal communication and the ability to hear are also required for safety and coordination.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment can get loud at times.
