Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of the Burlington brand, front lines in our mission to provide world‑class service to customers. They greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

Base Pay: $12.00 per hour
