Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Irvine, CA is seeking energetic individuals for entry-level sales and customer service roles. You will engage customers, share tanning and product knowledge, and help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $16.90 per hour with guaranteed commissions on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus store bonuses and employee discounts. Training provided to develop selling skills and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and instruct on tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.

Responsibilities
