Palm Beach Tan in Bel Air, MD is seeking energetic individuals for entry-level sales and customer service roles. You will meet sales goals, educate customers on tanning options, and keep the salon tidy and welcoming. Training provided with opportunities for growth and team-based contests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Guide first-time customers on tanning equipment and usage.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
