Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is hiring for entry-level customer service and sales roles at our salon. You will greet customers, explain tanning options, and help them choose products and memberships with a friendly, professional approach.

Starting pay is $17.87 per hour. The role includes guaranteed commissions on all product and membership sales, bonus opportunities, and team-focused training in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.

Responsibilities
