Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat and organized, and support store operations. You may work in Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot departments.

We offer a competitive wage of $15 per hour, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Part‑time roles may be eligible for Burlington's benefits package, including dental/vision coverage, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time‑to‑time
