Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures aligned with AutoZone's standards, including Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks promptly during your shift
3. Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe work environment, including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards as directed
7. Restock merchandise and organize displays
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions via AutoZone systems
10. Practice GOTTChA and assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
12. Communicate customer concerns and team matters with managers
13. Engage in developing customer service skills
14. Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
