Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of the Burlington brand, front‑lining the mission to provide world‑class service to our customers. They greet and assist shoppers, maintain a neat and organized sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Benefits & Pay

Base Pay: $13.00 per hour (Regular Part‑Time). Hours are flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
