Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures aligned with AutoZone's standards.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks promptly
3. Operate cash registers and handle cash procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
5. Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE
6. Ensure store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Keep product knowledge current using AutoZone systems
10. Practice GOTTChA and assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnose automobile issues and suggest solutions
13. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
14. Develop effective customer service skills
15. Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs
