Job summary

Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking energetic Sales Associates in Davis, CA to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will assist customers, respond to inquiries, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.

Role Overview

Sales Associates play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the store, answering questions, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

Primary Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Checking and retrieving merchandise from stockroom as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Performs or may perform additional duties as assigned by management and supervision

Position Requirements
