Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily assigned duties, and remaining compliant with company procedures in accordance with AutoZone expectations by Living the Pledge every day.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks in a timely manner
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
• Assist with installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs using GOTTChA
• Use OBDII to read codes and diagnose automobile problems
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
• Develop customer service skills and provide trustworthy advice

Position Requirements
