Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Council Bluffs to greet shoppers, assist with purchases, and provide post-sale support. You will help with visual merchandising, stock counts, and store projects while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional ladder use. You’ll work across store locations to support multiple brands and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Assist with visually merchandising, store setup, and stock counts.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, bend/squat/twist, and climb a ladder when needed.

Job description

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
