Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers and build relationships from greeting through post-sale contact
2. Demonstrate effective selling techniques for various sales channels
3. Participate in team selling to achieve store sales goals
4. Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and inventory counts
5. Handle cash register operations at the point of sale

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders to reach merchandise and supplies
• Ability to see and distinguish fabric patterns and colors
