Position Responsibilities

• Complete assigned store tasks timely

• Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
• Maintain a safe environment including PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise appropriately
• Use ZNET to locate merchandise or suggest alternatives
• Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions
• Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
• Diagnose automobile issues and recommend solutions
• Communicate with managers on customer and employee matters
• Engage in developing customer service skills
• Offer trustworthy advice on products
