As an Outfitter, you are the heart and soul of our brand experience. What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
• Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive in‑store environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners.
• Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
• Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
• Contribute to store goals and support operations such as merchandising and inventory management.
