Role Description

Our Mobile Associates (MAs) work as part of a retail team, embodying our brand and core values. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful customer relationships, and continuously developing their expertise to recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
2. Demonstrate products and explore customer needs to find personalized solutions.
3. Engage in side-by-side selling, including accessories and IoT devices.
4. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions, answers, and expertise.
5. Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
6. Complete training on systems, processes, and in-store experience.
7. Build relationships with team members and partner across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
