Role Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer needs, building relationships, and continuously developing expertise in our offerings. This role is a learning position, preparing for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist customers online, in-store, or via Customer Care, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
2. Demonstrate and explain the latest technology and accessories to customers.
3. Provide personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
4. Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
5. Approach service with patience, honesty, and empathy.
6. Use digital tools to showcase network coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
7. Complete training on systems, processes, and customer service skills.
8. Collaborate with team members across channels to enhance the customer experience and identify business opportunities.
