Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Pleasant Prairie Premium store. You will help customers with shopping needs, stock and organize merchandise, and ensure a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years in retail, and proficiency with iPad and registers. Nights and weekends availability is required; teamwork and strong communication are valued, with competitive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of retail experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock room.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
• Assist with stocking, pricing changes and merchandising.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Support store leadership with daily tasks as needed.
