Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is looking for a store associate to act as the primary customer contact, handle transactions, and keep merchandise stocked and organized. You will support plan-o-grams, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, building displays, and operating the cash register to complete purchases. A high school diploma is preferred, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise on shelves and in backroom.
• Receive, unpack, and store merchandise; place on sales floor as directed.
• Build displays and rotate stock to maintain presentation.
• Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating items.
• Clean store, assist with sidewalk displays when needed.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, and bag items.
• Follow company policies and procedures and greet customers.
