Qualifications

• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by spending quality time and learning their needs.
• Serve as product knowledge expert to sell a broad range of apparel.
• Coach and train team members on selling skills and store procedures.
